We are dedicated to making exceptional wines and to fighting breast cancer. 10% percent of gross proceeds of all wine and merchandise sales will be donated to breast cancer research and support. As a member of the Cleavage Creek Wine Clubs you will receive 3 bottles of wine shipped 5 times per year: September, November, January, March and May.  Wines from the Napa and Tracy Hills vineyard and select Library Wines will be included in these shipments which are valued at $85-$100 each. Wine Club Members pay only $60.00 per shipment plus tax and shipping.  The fine print: Discounts might not apply on some wines and specially marked sales.

Cleavage Creek believes all breast cancer survivors should Thrive!! Thriver's Club members will receive 3 bottles of wine shipped 5 times per year: September, November, January, March and May. Wines from our Napa and Tracy Hills vineyard and select Library Wines will be included in these shipments which are valued at $85-$100 each.  Wine Club members will pay only $60.00 per shipment plus tax and shipping.  Members of this club will receive a 30% discount on additional wine and merchandise orders.

Supporter's Club Members will receive a 20% discount on additional wine and merchandise orders.

The Fine Print

Wine shipments will automatically be billed to your credit card. Cancellations require 30-day notification in writing or via email. Charges incurred due to incorrect shipping or credit card information are the responsibility of the Wine Club member. All shipments must be received and signed for by someone 21-years-old or older.
